Working at RTI is a unique experience. We really love our culture—casual yet professional, an interesting mix of personalities, experiences and interests. We share knowledge through our Lunch & Learn Program (by employees/for employees). Our kitchen, snack rooms and conference rooms are well stocked with fresh fruit, snacks, quick meals, beverages and more. Every Friday is Bagel Friday and a range of coffee drinks are always available.

We enjoy fun company events including trips to Hawaii, Mexico, Napa, Monterey and San Francisco. Our team off sites range from Giants games to cooking competitions. Internally, the foosball tournaments, billiards matches and holiday celebrations are a great way to take a break and get to know the people you work with.

Giving Back (Corporate Philanthropy)

RTI participates in many community outreach programs and encourages charitable donations and volunteering all year round. RTI runs a food drive with Second Harvest Food Bank, participates in Family Giving Tree's Holiday Wish Drive and Executive Elf Challenge, and volunteers to wrap gifts that have been donated tochildren in our community who may have otherwise gone without. We also participate in Family Giving Tree's Back-to-School drive in the Summer. In addition to these charitable events and volunteering, our employee rewards program also allows recipients to donate any of their reward amounts to their cause of choice.
