We provide a variety of tools to help plan for your financial future. RTI contributes 50 percent of what you contribute up to 6% of your pay. Choose from a variety of investment options including traditional pre-tax 401(k) and Roth post-tax enrollment options. You can also choose to save using our two pre-tax flexible accounts—Health and Dependent Care Spending Accounts—which allow you to set aside pre-taxed dollars from your paycheck to assist in covering out of pocket health and dependent care costs.
We believe in rewarding high performing employees, in addition to paying competitive wages. Rewards include: equity participation through a Liquidity Participation Plan (LPP); an all-employee annual Profit Plan and merit bonuses based on individual performance.
